Last update: 17.09.2024
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions have been in effect since 07.09.2023. Please read them carefully before using the LuckyWave website. By using the website, you accept them.
2. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
2.1 The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions whenever it considers this necessary. Where possible, it will tell players about significant changes. We nevertheless advise you to check this page regularly.
3. Who Can Play
3.1 Residents of the following countries and their territories (“the Restricted Countries”) may not deposit or play for real money: USA, Malta, Georgia, Poland, Belarus and Russia.
3.2 Only adults may play. The minimum age is 18, or higher if the law of the player’s country of residence sets a higher age for online gambling. Players are solely responsible for finding out what the laws of their jurisdiction say about the age limit. The Company may ask for proof of age. It may restrict access to the website or suspend the account of any player who does not meet the age requirement.
4. Accepted Currencies
4.1 Players can play in GBP.
4.2 The minimum deposit is £20.
5. Fees and Taxes
5.1 Players are fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes on their winnings under the laws of their country of residence. If a user makes a deposit, places no bets and then withdraws, we reserve the right to recover our costs.
6. Game Rules
6.1 By playing, you confirm that you know and understand the rules of the games offered on the website. Finding out the payout percentage of each game is up to you.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
7.1 If your Player Account is credited by mistake with a bonus or winnings you are not entitled to (for example because of a technical fault, a paytable error or another mistake), that amount, including any winnings generated from it, remains the property of the Casino. We will deduct the amount from your balance. If you have already withdrawn the funds before we find the error, you owe the Casino that amount. If you think an incorrect credit has been made, you must tell us by email immediately.
7.2 You understand that gambling on the website may result in loss of money. The Company is not liable for any financial loss arising from the use of the website.
7.3 The Company takes effective measures to protect players’ private data from unauthorised use and shares it only with parties involved in providing gambling services through the website. However, the Company is not responsible for how third parties, such as software providers or affiliates, handle the data afterwards. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and conditions, if any.
7.4 The Company is not liable for hardware or software faults, unstable or lost internet connections or any other technical errors that restrict access to the website or interrupt play.
8. Use of the Player Account
8.1 Each player may hold only one personal account. Opening several accounts may lead to their termination and to all payouts being suspended. You must not give anyone else, including minors, access to your account or allow them to use the website. The website is for personal use only and must not be used for commercial profit.
8.2 You confirm that you are not using a VPN (Virtual Private Network).
8.3 The casino may confiscate funds and/or suspend access to an account if the IP addresses of two or more accounts overlap.
8.4 The casino administration’s decisions on IP address overlap are final and cannot be appealed.
8.5 Players must supply all documents the casino requests within the set deadlines. These may include, among others, passport details, ID cards, proof of residence and statements confirming the source of funds.
8.6 If a player refuses to provide the requested documents, or the documents turn out to be inconsistent with the facts, the casino may close the account and confiscate the funds on it.
8.7 Players are responsible for the accuracy of the documents they submit and agree that the casino may check their authenticity at any time.
8.8 A decision to close an account and confiscate funds because of discrepancies is final and cannot be appealed.
9. Anti-Fraud Policy
9.1 The Casino may verify your identity before processing payouts and may hold any refund or withdrawal for as long as the check takes. If you provide false or incomplete personal data, the withdrawal may be refused and your Player Account terminated, and we will inform you by email. The Casino may be required to report the player’s actions to the relevant regulatory bodies.
9.2 The Company applies a strict anti-fraud policy. A player suspected of any of the following may have their account terminated and all payouts suspended or cancelled:
- Colluding with other players.
- Developing or using strategies intended to win dishonestly.
- Committing fraud against other online casinos or payment providers.
- Making chargebacks on a credit card or disputing payments.
- Cheating in any other way.
- Submitting forged documents.
- Creating two or more accounts.
The same applies to a player known to have gone bankrupt in their country of residence. The decision is at the Company’s sole discretion, and the player will not be told the reasons. The Company may also be obliged to report fraudulent actions to the relevant regulatory bodies.
9.3 The Casino may close a Player Account and refund the balance, less any applicable withdrawal charges, at its absolute discretion and without having to give a reason or prior notice.
9.4 The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play. Anyone who tries to exploit welcome offers or other promotions agrees that the Company may void the bonuses and any winnings from them in the following cases:
- Use of stolen cards.
- Chargebacks.
- Opening more than one account to exploit promotions.
- Providing incorrect registration data.
- Submitting forged documents.
- Any other action that may harm the Casino.
- Low-risk roulette play, where the player stakes equal amounts on both black/red or even/odd and covers 25 or more of the 37 numbers on the table (a bet on black/red alone covers 36 of the 37 possible numbers).
9.5 The Casino may withhold payments if it suspects or has evidence that the casino system has been manipulated. Criminal charges will be brought against anyone who manipulates or tries to manipulate the system. The Casino may terminate or change any games or events offered on the Website.
9.6 If a user becomes aware of a possible error or gap in the software, they agree not to exploit it and to report it to the Casino immediately. If the user fails to do so, the Casino is entitled to full compensation for all costs connected with the error or gap, including costs caused by the failure to report it.
9.7 To prevent fraud involving bitcoin transactions, the following rule applies: if a transaction is flagged as replaceable (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee, RBF), the casino may close the account immediately and withhold any winnings.
9.8 Every deposit must be wagered once (the player must place bets totalling the deposit amount) before funds linked to that deposit can be withdrawn. If several deposits were made without any play, the total of those deposits must be wagered before withdrawal. If a player is suspected of money laundering or other fraud, the casino may require the deposits to be wagered at least three times.
9.9 To verify an account, casino management requires documents (ID, payment system records, utility bills, etc.) in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet. If the player cannot supply documents in either alphabet, the casino may require video verification, in which the player shows the documents on camera.
9.10 The casino is not a financial institution and must not be treated as one. Accounts earn no interest, and no currency conversion or exchange services, including fiat-crypto exchange, are offered at any time.
10. Depositing
10.1 To find out which payment methods suit your country of residence best, please contact our support team at [email protected].
10.2 The minimum deposit is £20. Please do NOT try to deposit less.
10.3 The Company does not accept third-party payments. Deposits may only be made with payment methods registered in your own name. If our security checks show that you have broken this rule, your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit returned to the owner of the payment account. The Company is not responsible for funds lost by depositing from third-party accounts.
11. Withdrawal Policy
11.1 The minimum withdrawal from the gaming account is £20. The maximum depends on the chosen payment method and is shown when you select it.
11.2 If a player requests a withdrawal but the bets placed since their last deposit total less than three times that deposit, the Casino may charge the player the transaction processing costs, including those of deposits and withdrawals. This decision is at the sole discretion of Casino management.
11.3 The Casino may verify your identity before processing payouts and may hold any refund or withdrawal for as long as the check takes. If you provide false or incomplete personal data, the withdrawal may be refused and your Player Account terminated, and we will inform you by email. The Casino may be required to report the player’s actions to the relevant regulatory bodies.
11.4 The weekly withdrawal limit is £3,000 and the monthly limit is £15,000. The monthly limit resets on the first day of each month. All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
11.5 If your total lifetime deposits exceed £2,500, the weekly withdrawal limit is £5,000 and the monthly limit is £20,000. The monthly limit resets on the first day of each month. All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
11.6 If your total lifetime deposits exceed £50,000, the weekly withdrawal limit is £7,500 and the monthly limit is £30,000. The monthly limit resets on the first day of each month. All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
11.7 If your total lifetime deposits exceed £100,000, the weekly withdrawal limit is £20,000 and the monthly limit is £120,000. The monthly limit resets on the first day of each month. All progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
11.8 If a player’s balance is at least ten times the total of their deposits, the player may be restricted to 50% of the withdrawal limits per month.
11.9 Even for supported countries, the Casino cannot guarantee that every payment will be processed successfully.
11.10 If a player’s total bets are below £5,000 per week and £20,000 per month, the Casino may lower the withdrawal limits to £1,000 per week and £5,000 per month.
12. Dormant Accounts
12.1 An account is considered dormant if the holder makes no deposits, bets or withdrawals for 90 days. The casino may terminate a dormant account and keep any cash on its balance. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must contact the casino support team.
13. Detection of Gambling Addiction
13.1 In line with its internal rules and responsible gaming policies, the casino screens players for signs of gambling addiction.
13.2 If it detects such signs, the casino may close the account and suspend access to gaming services in order to stop the problem from getting worse and to protect the player’s interests.
13.3 Signs of gambling addiction may include, among others, excessive time spent at the casino, frequent and large deposits without reasonable control, and frequent requests to raise limits.
